We take care of everything: from original idea to zoning, permits, design and contacts with the authorities. Own projects
Projects arising from our own ideas are developed to the point at which end-users and investors can be sought at the same time. The common goal sets the rhythm of the project, and its cost structure can be continuously and easily controlled by the client.
Turnkey and design & build projects
Construction contracts that also include design are often a clear alternative for the client. Solutions at the reference planning stage can be developed into a cost-effective end-result. The significant projects that we have carried out serve as good references.
Co-operative contracts
The interests of the client and the builder converge in this contract model. Open collaboration is guided by expertise and trust on both sides; the goal is common and clear. There is generally no need to make allowances for late changes and the costs that arise from them.
